If you do not have access to a computer, you may call the Adair County Clerk’s Office, during normal business days, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 270-384-2801. Be prepared to provide requested information. Ballots can be returned by:Mail, or Dropped in the Ballot Drop Box located in the Clerk’s Office, Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. |

Any voter who is qualified to vote on election day in the county of his or her residence may choose to cast a no-excuse in person absentee ballot on Thursday, Friday or Saturday immediately preceding the day of an election from 8:00 AM to 4:00 pm.
